Daniel Tiourine

Hi, I'm Daniel. I recently graduated from Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College (CUNY), where I earned my BA in mathematics. The math led me to machine learning, and machine learning led me to the backend / systems side of actually building and deploying.

I work primarily in Python, and I'm comfortable with everything from designing and deploying backend services and APIs with FastAPI to building and training neural networks in PyTorch.

One of my favorite ways to learn is to build things from scratch or to build complete end-to-end systems. A few of those projects are below.
